Project Overview Implemented in a region characterized by intensive agricultural activity, this 898.17 kWp rooftop solar facility is a strategic move towards energy independence in the agricultural sector. Designed to offset significant electricity costs, the system features a pitched roof installation with 1,974 high-efficiency PV modules (455 Wp), delivering a robust 735 kWe AC capacity to the facility.

The Challenge The project required the integration of a heavy-duty renewable energy system onto an agricultural facility’s roof. The challenge lay in ensuring the structural integrity of the pitched roof while maximizing the panel layout for optimal irradiance capture, all to counter the rising energy costs inherent to modern agricultural processing and operations.

The Solution Solarexen provided a specialized Turnkey EPC solution for the agricultural sector. We utilized 1,974 units of 455 Wp photovoltaic panels, selected for their high efficiency in converting sunlight to electricity. The energy management is handled by 7 units of 105 kW inverters, ensuring a stable and grid-compliant AC conversion that matches the facility’s load profile.

Key Impact This installation drastically reduces the facility’s carbon footprint and operational expenses. By generating clean energy on-site, it promotes environmental sustainability within the agricultural supply chain and strengthens the local economy by modernizing production infrastructure with renewable technology.
